Coenna Oy was registered in 2016 in Finland as a consulting and training company, focusing via foresight methods on raising innovation capability of small and middle-sized companies to overcome challenges of the future.
The business idea was sparked up by Certified Foresight Professional training. The interest towards the cross-scientific futures studies was enhanced by a realization that the collected work experience, other education and own thoughts supported productizing own approach. Excellent evaluations in the certification also recognize this adaptation.
Particularly valuable has also been the (pre-accelerator) startup training provided by Nestholma. It has helped not only in setting up own business but in understanding customers too. The foresight approach is similarly applicable for many environments!
Cooperation in various networks is efficiently providing information that supports keeping up with the developments on several areas.

Our concept is applicable not only for small and middle-sized companies but for organizations or divisions of bigger companies. Also for individual people who want to develop themselves.
Strategic foresight should be a basic skill taught in school for everybody. As that's not the case today we'd like to share our knowledge to make the world a bit better.
